How do I place an order?
Browse the store or search by category, tap Add to cart on any product you want, then head to checkout to enter your delivery details and confirm your order.
Can I add multiple items to my cart?
Absolutely. Keep adding items from any page — your cart saves everything until you're ready to checkout.
How do I update quantities before checkout?
On the checkout page you can increase or decrease the quantity of each item using the + and – buttons before you place your order.
How do I save items for later?
Tap the heart icon on any product card to save it to your wishlist. You can view all saved items on the Wishlist page and move them to cart whenever you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, bank transfer, and mobile money. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation with expected delivery details after your order is placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you'll be able to track its status. Check your order confirmation email for details.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, save it to your wishlist and check back soon — we restock regularly.
